REFUND POLICY

All courses and subscriptions at TradeIQ are typically non-refundable, reflecting our belief in their value.

Refunds are granted only in exceptional circumstances:

  • Access Issues: If a platform glitch prevents course access after payment, and the issue isn’t resolved within 7 working days of your complaint, a refund will be issued.
  • Duplicate Payments: Accidental duplicate payments for the same product will be refunded via the original payment channel.
  • Event Cancellations: Eligible participants will receive refunds for canceled events.

Key Refund Terms:

  • Refunds are processed to the original bank account/payment method.
  • No refunds for missed coupon code usage.
  • Refunds require meeting the stated conditions.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days from Bullspree.com’s approval.
